Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Exalyte platform. By creating an account or accessing any examination, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Exalyte
Exalyte is an examination platform operated by SciVerse Academy, designed to help HSC and university admission candidates prepare through live timed exams, performance tracking, and structured practice. The platform provides tools for honest self-assessment — it is not a guarantee of any specific academic outcome.
2. Account Registration
- Each individual is permitted one account. In exceptional circumstances, a maximum of two accounts may be considered — but our automated systems actively restrict and block excessive registrations.
- You must provide accurate information during signup. Fake accounts, impersonation, or registration with invalid credentials will be automatically detected and restricted by our security systems.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Fake accounts serve no purpose on this platform — our bot detection and spam prevention systems render them useless before they gain access to any examination content.
3. Exam Conduct & Academic Honesty
Exalyte is built to support honest preparation. The platform includes automated monitoring during live examinations. Any detected violation — including but not limited to unauthorized tab switching, automated scripts, or attempts to manipulate the exam environment — will result in an automatic block.
This platform exists to help you assess and improve your own abilities. How you choose to use it is entirely your decision. If you compromise your own preparation through dishonest conduct, that outcome is yours alone — it is not the concern or liability of SciVerse Academy or the Exalyte platform.
- Live exams include active monitoring. Violations trigger automatic restrictions.
- Deliberate attempts to bypass security or cheat the system will result in immediate account suspension.
- The platform is designed for self-improvement. Honesty benefits you — dishonesty harms only yourself.
4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All examination content — including questions, answer keys, explanations, images, resources, and any materials uploaded by administrators — is the exclusive intellectual property of SciVerse Academy.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, screenshot, download, distribute, or share any exam content, questions, or resources outside the platform.
- Any proven violation of content ownership — including leaking questions, sharing answers publicly, or redistributing materials — will result in immediate and permanent account termination with no warning.
- Study resources provided within the platform are for personal use only during your active participation.
5. Automated Enforcement
Exalyte operates with advanced automated systems that monitor account activity, exam conduct, and platform usage in real time. These systems require no manual administrator intervention.
- Fake accounts are automatically detected and restricted at registration.
- Exam violations are automatically flagged and result in immediate blocking.
- Content scraping, bulk downloading, or suspicious access patterns trigger automatic security responses.
- Administrators reserve the right to review and enforce manual bans where automated systems indicate persistent abuse.
6. Account Termination
SciVerse Academy, through its authorized administrators, reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms. Grounds for termination include:
- Creation of fake or fraudulent accounts.
- Cheating, bypassing security, or manipulating the exam environment.
- Copying, sharing, or redistributing platform content without authorization.
- Any conduct that disrupts the platform or harms other users' experience.
- Violation of any applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Termination decisions made by administrators are final. Banned users forfeit access to all examination data, history, and resources associated with their account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exalyte is provided as a preparation tool. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- SciVerse Academy is not responsible for your actual examination results, academic performance, admission outcomes, or any consequential outcomes related to your preparation.
- The platform is not liable for technical issues arising from your device, internet connection, power supply, or any external factors beyond our control during an active examination session.
- You use the platform at your own discretion. Any decisions made based on your performance data are your responsibility.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical events may cause temporary downtime.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Exalyte shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
As the platform expands internationally, users from other regions agree to comply with these terms as established under Bangladeshi jurisdiction, in addition to any applicable local laws.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in platform functionality, legal requirements, or operational policies. Continued use of Exalyte after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
