The platform functions autonomously — exam creation, student participation, scoring, and leaderboard generation are all automated processes requiring zero human intervention in user data.

We retain your data only for the duration of your active participation. There is no external server storage, no offline backups accessible to third parties, and no data export to any external system.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party. Your exam records, email address, name, and performance data remain strictly within the platform.

The only visible information to other users is your name and score as it appears on the leaderboard after a live exam concludes. No other personal details are ever publicly exposed.

7. Your Rights

As a user of Exalyte, you have the right to:

• Access all your own exam history and performance data through your dashboard at any time.
• Request a copy of your stored data by contacting us through official channels.
• Stop using the platform at any time — your data remains secured and inaccessible to others.

Since we maintain a zero-exposure data policy and do not use your information for any purpose beyond platform functionality, account deletion requests are generally unnecessary. The platform is designed so that your data never leaves the secure environment.
